1 .- The activities offered are subject to environmental conditions in which they develop and the people involved, so that changes can occur before or even during the activity (weather, sudden changes of flow, physical problems of the participants, etc.).. In case of cancellation by UR Nomade SL, the customer is entitled to the deferral, the replacement by another activity of their conformity or to refund the amount paid. 2 .- The customer has the obligation to report possible states of pregnancy, paraplegia or cardiovascular disease before hiring any activity.
