The acceptance of a budget or the formal inscription to any of our activities involve the client´s full acceptance of all the general conditions. Our activities include: the execution of the activities within the estated times, technical organization, the materials needed to carry out he activity, monitors, Civil Responsibility Insurance, Accident Insurance as contracted by the client. The booking request. Once we check the availability, the services and the dates for the stay, the client need to confirm the booking, with a deposit of the 30% of the final price. Payment type: the deposit should be lodged into the BBK account Nr. 2095 0022 05 50-6051713-1. The remaining 70% should be payed 30 days (for groups) or 10 days (for individuals) before the activity and/ or stay. The amount of activities or days booked cannot be reduced. If the last payment is not fulfilled, all the clients´ rights over the deposit and the booking will be lost. If the number of members of the group is inferior, the rest of the group will pay 25% of the no-showed. NOT included: transfers to the activity area and/ or within the area, unless stated in the budget. Cancellations: a) if done the previous day, a 15% of the total price will be charged. b) if done the same day, but before all the equipment is installed, a 50% of the total amount will be charged. c) if done the same day of the activity after the equipment is installed, or a non-showed up the day and time agreed without a previous cancellation will mean the loose of the whole amount paid. The organization reserves the right to make total or parcial modifications without notice, due to reasons beyond our control, (weather, adverse conditions,...). In that case, is the clients´ right to get their money back. Complaints book: there is a complaints book for whom may require it, in our offices. Requirements: no special requirement is needed because all the activities are personalized to meet the clients´ needs and flairs. How to keep the environment save: monitors are responsible for the group, therefore all the members must listen to their technical, safety and security directions and those regarding the protection and conservation of the environment. The client need to know that all outdoor activities suffer from changing weather and surfaces conditions. KIRIK try to minimize these elements using all the possible human and material media, to ensure the emotion in a funny and controlled way.
