| Diploma of Commitment to Touristic Quality This Diploma distinguishes the products and companies which are currently introducing management standards defined by the "Manual for Good Practices for Sports and Leisure Activity Companies", endorsed by the Spanish Institute of Tourism Quality with its delegation in the Basque Country, Euskalit-Basque Foundation for Quality. This process specifies the management standards and customer service standards, allowing the agents and managers of the companies to gradually gain access to the quality culture and continue to progress. It is designed to offer an introduction to quality management, increasing awareness. |
