This Diploma distinguishes the products and companies which are currently introducing management standards defined by the "Manual for Good Practices for Sports and Leisure Activity Companies", endorsed by the Spanish Institute of Tourism Quality with its delegation in the Basque Country, Euskalit-Basque Foundation for Quality.

This process specifies the management standards and customer service standards, allowing the agents and managers of the companies to gradually gain access to the quality culture and continue to progress. It is designed to offer an introduction to quality management, increasing awareness.

"Q" Spanish Tourist Quality (Norma Une 188003 Adventure Tourisme)
The Touristic Quality’s « Q » is a distinction that awards the houses that carry out with the exigencies of the Spanish Touristic Quality System (SCTE).
This quality mark is given by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) in recognition of the implementation of a management system, which guarantees that the guests receive high quality, from both the installations and the services provided by these establishments.
Is also encourages the businessmen to get the guests satisfaction, the adaptation of their services to the guest’s expectations, and to optimize their resources to get more benefice for the guest and for the businessmen.
