Pukas Surf Eskola Surfing! But … in Zarautz or San Sebastián? Complete, easy, fun and with almost 100% waves. These beaches are a must for anyone who wants to have a swim, go surfing or just have a good time. Discover which of the two spots suits you better and you'll find everything you need at our schools.

Facilities and materials

San Sebastián School: Open to the public all year round and based at the centre of La Zurriola beach. Possibly the urban beach with the best and most consistent waves in all Cantabria. The atmosphere of La Zurriola beach, combined with the charm of the old quarters of the city, the pintxos, the absorbing culture and dynamic people passing through the city make it irresistible.

Zarautz School: Located on the centre of the beach most sought after by surfers of all ages and levels. 3 and a half kilometres of beach make it the perfect place to surf, whatever your level. Full of history and surfed by the best surfers in the world, Zarautz is also characterised as the safest place to learn in addition to being one of the most important beaches on the European scene.

Human Team
We would not be a top school only because we use top quality materials; the driving force that makes the experience worthwhile is the team behind the school, the staff. Qualified instructors, attentive and efficient reception; a team who, at the end of the day, are going to make sure you enjoy yourself. We have fun surfing and we enjoy teaching others to surf

Activities:
SURFING COURSES
Pukas has taught surfing since 1982, while also organising surfing championships on the former Playa de Gros in San Sebastián. Today they are based on the beach, with many different types of board, qualified instructors and wet suits for any time of year. You can surf in a group, take private classes, during the week or at weekends.
RENTAL OF MATERIAL
If you are a beginner and are looking for a stable wide board with a floatability that will allow you to stand up during these first challenging attempts, choose a Minimalibú and get in the water. If you are an experienced surfer, why not test some of the most stylish models, fishes, high-performance boards or the latest materials.

SALE OF SPECIALISED MATERIAL
There is a broad range of specialised surfing products on sale at our schools. If you have already completed the 5-hour basic course, you will receive a 10% discount on your first purchase, whatever the value.
